1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with motosketch, Owner: Nils Dreistein.

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately (small business status).

Any applicable shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available worldwide through our shipping providers.

Delivery generally takes 5–15 business days after receipt of the order. Delays may occur due to the made-to-order production process.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are those indicated during the ordering process. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Liability for Defects

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

If the goods delivered are defective, you may request subsequent performance, including replacement delivery, within the scope of the statutory provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
